4 w 3 D 22 sec bubble
4 w 4 D 24 sec bubble
11/6/05 - Rack add 2 cups water
2 tsp tannin
acidic and high alcoholic bite
11/4/05 clearing and less acidic smell
5 sticks of Cinnamon
acidic and high alcoholic bite
11/4 clearing and less acidic smell
11/14 2nd rack to clear dead yeast
11/19 top half clear
bottom half murkey
11/27 3rd rack
added 1.5 quarts of apple cider
10 oz of orange blossom honey
12/3/05 bottled
03/07 very clear

Batch ML1 - Malted Chocolate/Raspberry Delight

15 lbs Raw Clover Honey
2.5 tsp tannin
13 oz Carnation Chocolate Malted Milk Mix
2 pkg Champagne Yeast
4 fl oz Crosby and Baker Raspberry Beer Flavoring
2 oz Lemon juice
Water to finish

24 hrs 1 sec bubble

good alcoholic scent
11/19 bubble every 2 sec
11/23 bubble every 5 sec
11/25 bubble every 7 sec
11/27 bubble every 19 sec

12/3 racked - high alcohol level
